I HAVE A SUEING COMPANIES QUESTION

It's not actually possible to sue companies who do these infomercials (I know, I worked for several a while back) as informercials sort of blend the line between commercial and dramatization and generally, when civil action suits are brought against a company who utilizes them, they win. Unless you could organize a civil suit of at least two or three thousand, you'd never win.

SO, IF YOUR SAYING THAT I COULDN'T WIN A LAWSUIT AGAINST A REAL EASTATE COMPANY, THEN I ASK YOU WHAT KIND OF COMPANY WOULD I ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO WIN THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM WITH OUT HAVING TO HAVE A RIDICULOUSLY HUGE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT??? (BECAUSE IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT NO ONE BUT THE LAWYER(S) ACTUALLY SEE A SINGLE FUCKING PENNY OF THE MONEY)
