Saw You Drown CD was at the time only available directly via Avantgarde mailorder, it was not distributed to shops or other mailorders.
I suppose you are right because my copy of Sounds Of Decay is a shining digi. I know that there are also matt versions of digipack. I think the matt version was first and the shining is a reissue. Is that true?
As I promised here are pictures of small part of my collection:

I got them from Razamataz...they have the best print quality...they are also the most expenzive
but they ship them very fast....you get them less than a week after you order them...If you live in the EU-zone anyway

^i had a friend here in canada, she ordered a MY dying bride shirt from them on a friday and got the shirt the following wednesday (i think, it was under a week)
