I dont know if anyone likes them in here but i do and i saw them live tonight, theres always songs in setlists i wish bands would do but they still have a good setlist and FF were another example of that. I guess sicne it was the "Machines of Hate" tour they had to do there most brutal sogns and they did some stuff i never heard them do live before. Suffocation were suposed to be there but they couldnt make it for some reason or another. Hypocrisy was decent, Ive seen them live before opening for Soilwork last year and i really didnt care for Decaptiated but thats just me. I really dont consider "nu-metal" more like Industrial thrash.

saw em in 99 with Static X and Dope and they put on a great show. i guess it was dino's birthday and they were doing tequila shots the whole set, and some strippers came out for the cover of 'cars' . tom araya also came out near the end and they covered angel of death. that was pretty fuckin sweet. i wouldnt really listen to a static x or dope album but they were both pretty good live too. id heard about this tour, but meh. i havent really heard the last few FF albums, or much of anything from the rest of the bands.

I saw 'em back last December with SYL, Darkane, and Soilwork. SYL and Darkane and SYL totally won the show in my opinion, but Fear Factory being the main set, they still put on a great show. All the bands did. Great concert.

im gonna go see this tour. ff had their fans vote for the setlist so they play some good shit, but the dont play zero signal for some reason. i cant imagine anyone not voting for that song, since its their best song. i also wanna hear hypocrisy play songs from virus.

I've seen Fear Factory live 3 times. First opening for Flotsam And Jetsom, Korn, and Megadeth. Then opening for Type O Negative. Then with Kilgore and Slayer. The only albums I don't like much are the remix albums and Digimortal. I think they're a good band live.

I pretty much dig all Fear Factory with the exception of Digimortal.

Great, great band.

Dude, I was at that show in Philly. Darkane was tighter than a virgin's honey pot! Devin was ranting about anal rapage and poop noodles.

Yea man. I was at the Vancouver show... last leg of it... I talked to Gene before the concert. SYL was awesome... especially since they were playing at their home town! :D

Ive seen FF a total of 7 tims thus far since 1999.. I hoe Fear Factory and Soilwork tour together again that was a great tour and im also a big fan of Soilwork.

love the albums, but I saw the FF/Suffo tour here in AZ, and was really bored by FF, the sound was terrible, the vocalist had totally lost his voice, and they weren't that tight...I went to the show really excited to see them, but was let down big time...

Another thing i meant to mention is that i havent heard Reserection live in a long time witch kind of boggles me because Burt is always talking about how its one of his favorite songs from FF, Its one of mine also.

ooh yeah that reminded me when i was telling you guys how many times is aw FF live i forgot to mention Gigantour 2005 and Ozzfests 97 and 99 so that makes 10 times.

Man, that is insane. I don't know why people say they don't like this album, because it's their best one. I've been listening to them since "Martyr" on At Death's Door II, and I love Demanufacture as the classic that it is, but everything about Digi is just *better*. The production absolutely kills, the songs are killer (except for the "Back Up" fiasco), and the musicianship is at an all time high for them. Stop hatin' and clean out yer ears.

This band sucks balls without Dino. I saw them (for the first time since Dino left) a couple of nights ago. It was one of the worst performances I've ever seen. All of songs that they wrote without Dino were terrible and sounded like a 2nd rate FF cover band. BCB's vocals were horrid, and Christian just doesn't have it on guitar like the big man. The crowd wasn't even that into it. During one of the lulls in between songs (yes, lulls at a metal show) someone yelled "Fear Factory sucks!!!". People were yelling Dino's name the whole set.

I saw them at Iguana's in Tijuana on the Demanufacture tour way back when, and that was truly one of the best shows ever.

I love Digimoratl also.

my fav Fear Factory cd countdown...
1-Obsolete
2-Archetype
3-Digimortal
4-Demanufacture
5-Transgression
6-Soul of a New Machine

By the way I love your quote Neon Black, Who Decides is one of Nevermore's best Ballads.

I consider it a Ballad anyway.
