I need a new guitar

Hell yes I need a new guitar, I don't know what to choose!
I own 2 great axes: Jackson RR1 and Schecter c7 that I use with the band.
I'm looking for a mahogany guitar (I love looooooooooow ennnnd) with floyd, I've surfed all guitar websites ESP/LTD, Dean, Jackson, Fender and so on.. all the best I think.
I don't know what to choose, I really need a floyd (or an equivalent floating bridge) because I have to study on it, my teacher gives me a lot of stuff to work on with tremolo stuff (stetina/vai/satriani)
I was thinking a schecter c1 with floyd, but I think I need a guitar with a strat neck so I can lower the action and shred a little more, on my c7 I can't do it as fast as on my RR1, still I shred but not as fast.
Budget is 900 eur (or less)
Come on express your opinion!!!!!!!

I've played and posessed alot of guitars, Gibson, ESP, Ibanez,Jackson,Aria,Fender,...name it.

The best guitar I've ever played (best sounding AND plaing) is a Robin medley!
That medly kills all my customshop ESPs and Jackson HANDS DOWN!

but beware, you won't be playing your RR1 and C1 anymore after you got that axe, I've never had a guitar of any brand that used such gigh quality tone woods!

Dave of robin wrote an email today saying the body and paintjob is done, ready for assembly next 3-4 weeks, can't fucking wait.

haven't seen you're on a 1000 budget, if you don't wanna get a used guitar (i would for that price) a LTD will probably be the best choice

unfortunately not with an FR, but you should look there from time to time (bcrmusic.com) he sometimes does have nice used robins for a good price

Best instrument I've bought in ten years was a Japanese 1989 ESP Horizon Custom I got for a steal off Ebay (around £200) last year. In terms of playability and tone, I'm astounded at what I got for that price. I'd say, don't rule out the used guitar market if you've got a relatively modest budget.

I was really thinking about an used ESP horizon with floyd rose, but wtf they ain't got sunburst or black finish, I really fucking hate that blue finish that I see on the us website.
Well on the japanese site they got black finish, but I never seen here, in an european website a black horizon!
I'll check ebay!

Have you checked out the new Ibanez shit. They have a few guitars now that are set neck, mahoghany, and a floyd! Good shit. Great for lead shit!

Tested a new RG ibanez neck through with mahogany equipped with emg 81/85 and ibanez floyd.
Sounded like shit compared to the ltd viper 400 and KH 602 I checked.
It had a phasey sound, really don't know why.
But on the other hand was great to shred on it.

I was thinking about a fender showmaster but I fear the basswood body!
I don't think it will sound as bassy as a jackson or a strat.
