I put an Opeth bumper sticker on my car!

Awesome, yea i had some cool stickers on my Rav4 when i wrecked it and after it happened i thought " damn, my car" then after i got out of jail (dui. i know i was stupid) i thought "damn, my cool stickers".

But currently every square inch is occupied by spiders or spider webs. i found 30 total on christmas day when i cleaned my car, and got rid of them all, but now they're back already. eww.

But oh how i'd love an opeth sticker. Im betting theres not a single place here that i could get one from though

This is something I have debated doing for a while.

There are places that make car decals and you can provide them with an image and they can make a decal of that image. It's not even that expensive, like 60 bucks american or something.

I was thinking about getting one made of the opeth O and putting it (on the inside) of the back window of my red honda crx (it has a large slanted rear window, kinda like a big hatch-back). The windows are tinted so I was thinking of getting the decal in a bright colour like yellow or white or something so that it will show through thick dark window tint only slightly from beneath the tint. Sure it would like bright from inside the car, but I'm only concerned with what it looks like from the outside. I want it to be subtle and through the tint it would be. Then I want to paint the car dark purple and put a little spoiler on there. It would be the Opethmobile.

I think I should do it. I plan to keep the car for at least a few more years anyway, and what the hell, you only live once.

heheh, last week I went out for lunch with my co-workers and my boss is from Sweden and he had his 2 kids (4 & 6) there who are also from Sweden (they live with their mother there). I told my boss that Sweden is the death metal capital of the world and that his kids would probably be death metal freaks when they become teenagers. He agreed, adding that he knows guys from there who have dedicated their lives to this music which he personally finds extremely distasteful. I told him it's an acquired taste. Not the greatest story in the world, but hey, I'm bored, besides, I need to post some boring stuff for contrast, heheh.

I had one left, and on a whim decided what the hell, I'll stick it on my truck. So I stuck it on, it rained and rained and rained and rained the next 3 days and most of the sticker withered away. I should have just taped on the inside of the window, cuz now I am Opeth stickerless...

The wife and kids like some of the music I listen to. My kids think Opeth are pretty good - one of my daughters favorite songs is The Drapery Falls. On occassion, the kids use the word "cool" to describe me - mostly because they measure me up against other parents, and we seem to fit that "cool" category - musical taste, younger looking for our age.

OH my. That WAS pretty silly of me to do also. I should have known it wouldn't last. I could barely stop myself. I wanted an Opeth sticker for so long, that I finally got that one and just did it. I'm leaving it there. It's horrid. You should see it. It's a white outline of what once was the Opeth sticker. Taping it to the inside didn't cross my mind because of the dark tint. O'well. I know you pain. Unforunately...
