I saw a lot of Opeth shirts

at the Sleepytime Gorilla Museum show last night. One of the best shows I've ever seen! I wasn't expecting so many Opeth fans, but the crowd was very diverse. If you haven't heard SGM, check them out immediately.

Yes, she's ridiculous, only I doubt I like her in the same way you do Are you familiar with her solo stuff? It's awesome. 2 Foot Yard is like a more accessible pop version of SGM, minus the chaos and the idioglossia.

Because their music is pretty complex how do you think they go performing it live? compared to studio that is.

That's what was so amazing about it. They were unbelievably tight live. And hilarious, as well. At one point something fell off Carla's violin, and as she was looking for it, the drummer comes to the front of the stage and starts discussing how he and Patrick Swaze were in the forest comparing mustaches.

Thats good,
theres not much worse than when a band can record but now perform well.
