I like Slaughter Of The Soul and anyone who goes against that. Well, go ahead waste your time.
most people like slaughter of the soul honestly its just written better and is more interesting than a lot of the earlier stuff which is just too primitive, yet people call it sellout. it always seems to be the tr00 super metal kids who call it sellout too, no surprise there. my brother and i were talking about it, while the old stuff isn't bad, you can't honestly tell me you think those violins and shit are good and actually add to the music, they're just stupid and shitty. the first time i've heard them being used well was in terminal spirit disease which all the tr00 metal kids say is the beginning of sellout. utterly retarded.
I actually agree with this. I liked the violins.I honestly can say that they are good and actually add to the music.
Lol...So? Slayer gave us God Hates Us All and we'd all be crushed if that band broke up.
It should just a be a massive travelling grindfest, and they should play Edmonton.

No, you can't. They are incredibly developed musically and if you can't see that then you are not fit to be commenting on the band as a whole.
I don't know about you but 'Oh hey, we're getting attention from people lets clean our production up and streamline our music so more people like us' is pretty sellout-esque.
actually I think slayer probably should break up...Kerry King is just an embarrasment to metal at this point.
If ATG would record something new, that would be cool. A reunion tour is fine...
Seeing them a few years ago was hilarious. They messed up the same song twice and had to start over, and Dave Grave looked like he was about to careen out of control and collapse at any minute. Fun times.
