I want a refund for the Hubardo 3LP

To any of the Kayo Dot members who may read this:

I have sent you more than 6 different mails over the past months. I have sent you private messages on facebook with two different accounts to two different accounts. I have posted on facebook a few times. I have tweeted you, both to the band account and to your private accounts (two different band members). You haven't given me a single response in all this time and this is just unacceptable. It's been 10 fucking months since I sent you $58.00 for a 3LP Hubardo and it's obvious you don't care so I'd like a REFUND right now. You have shown me you are not trustworthy and I can't trust you anymore.

EDIT: the band finally answered me back and we've come to an agreement.
 
Man, it took a lot of time for me to receive my T-shirt but I was aware Toby has to deal with everything by himself and it would take some time.

He's on tour with SC3 right now so I guess you have to wait until he gets back from tour.

I know it sucks monkey balls but it is an one-man operation, dude.
