baby,if you know JOHN ZORN or also BILL LASWELL...

they made 4 or 5 albums a month as producers and/or musicians...

and they for sure not made simple music !

sometimes inspiration hit hard...

expecially for the genius

You can compose good quality music under pressure....and you can achieve the same result in songnumbers composing for years as you can in one month...it´s all about inspiration and time.
