Reign In Blood is 29 minutes of pure genius and the greatest thrash album ever.

part of the reason RIB is still seen as such a great album is because there really hasn't been anything like it before or since.

There are at least a thousand albums that have tried to replicate it since, and almost all of them are pathetic and annoying. Slayer has a lot to answer for.

Thats true Sydo. The Gathering by Testament comes very close though, maybe Dave Lombardo just being in the room makes the greatest thrash albums ever.

Ive never really gotten into Iced Earth...I have 3 albums, but have hardly listened to them. I couldnt even tell you what songs are on them...appart from the Maiden cover on Horror Show.
