Not that unrealistic (only 2 never played songs) and I think would work pretty well. HCD as "main part ending" is pretty kickass, a new song for closing (I am beyond sick of Downfall and All Twisted has imo a really cool chorus) and it works from the guitar swap perspective, no "alone" songs.
