No, it should be like:

This would be somehow encouraging for guitar apes like me to see that even the best guitarists struggle sometimes. But I don't think they would actually do me this favour.

My idea is probably most reasonable...
A dvd-audio remix of some songs that they DIDNT play live.. If the DVD comes out like 60 minutes long and real crappy, I will be very disapointed!
There are too many metal DVDs on netflix with 2 stars or less - don't let bloodbath be one of them.
