Looks like a little Viking Double-Axe.
The blades of those are often designed in a special way, like bird´s heads or with certain patterns or somehow like your´s.
Maybe?

It's a generic design, in that it wasn't modeled after anything specific. It's basically a hybrid between a throwing axe and a double bladed axe. I've seen it called the Matrix Battle Axe or Axe Knife. Seen it at various distributors:

careful with that axe, eugene...if that obviously fantasy weapon is not "battle ready" it might shatter if you actually whack something with it. alot of weapons are for display only and are therefore made of cheap steel.

If it's 440 steel or better it should be fine for throwing without any worry of shattering. Should say a number engraved somewhere on the blade near the hilt (where the black roping starts).

I don't see any number on the hilt. That probably means it isn't battle-approved.
