I'm not one to listen to the malmsteen regime or paul gilbert and eric johnson because I'm not 13 anymore and it's not music. I just remember that the first thing about Nile that caught my ear was the insanity of the drums. Cryptopsy as well. I really didn't think anyone could play that shit. I also consider drumming to be a lot harder of a discipline than guitar playing. This is more of a 'I really wish I could find bastards like this more often around southern Ontario to be able to jam some intense tunes with'.
