iLok help needed...

So i recently bought an ilok from ebay and wanted to demo some stuff...
I just can't seem to get this to work.

my computer recognize ilok and says it works correctly, but ilok.com doesn't detect it. Allways got errors and stuff..

And now i get this message.

"One connected iLok can't be used with iLok.com and this account. "

help meg somehow please... thanks

An iLok, unless empty or within the 7 day grace period.. is tied to the account it was synchronized to.

i registered it to my account, i downloaded a demo from waves.com. and it started to not recognize the ilok. and then after a few tries, this message was sent to me.

what did i do wrong? :/

Did you enter the correct serial number at Waves.com ?

You may have a bad iLok.

First thing to check is that you have all updated Pace drivers: http://www.paceap.com/

i tried this too. i got this error :

"iLok.com was unable to complete an operation with iLok iLok 1 () after repeated attempts. You must start a support incident and work with support to resolve this issue."

now what's next? :S

Any chance you are using a browser other then IE ?

i think i fucked it up. but there must be a solution to fix it :S

Always had problems using anything else then IE with ilok.com.. but if it still does not work in IE then im not sure :s

i try everything, and is it possible that i somehow blocked my iLok? :S

was it a second-hand iLok you bought by any chance?

Have you tried taking it out of the package?

On a serious note is your ilok Client Installer upto date? This may be the culprit here. Might be worth updating/re-intalling this software.

yes i updated all the drivers and software too, but i cant open the software either

That's really bizzare. I would try contacting pace support and see if they can walk you through it
