and i am thinking what is that swishing sound coming from my right monitor?....not more technology failing me...not my focusrite.....

no...

...its my dog taking great enjoyment in repeatedly licking the monitor stand leg....what a fucking weirdo!!!:loco:

Hahaha

Reminds me of when i sat down at my computer, and a smell of dead cameltoe kept coming at me in waves.. looked like crazy for where this smell was coming from but eventually gave up.
5 minutes later my cat pops up from behind my computer screen, farting bastard! >;(

I had one of these desks:

So i couldn't really see the cat behind my screen. ;(

Haha, that is hilarious.

One time I was record some piano stuff and the guy playing the piano kept complaining about scratching noises he was hearing. Every time I went over by him i heard nothing.

Well, after the dude leaves, I am tearing down the mics and I start hearing it....I open up the piano bench and there is a huge mouse in it haha. I have no idea how it got in there!

My cat has a tenancy to lay behind my amps. I don't hear any phantom shit though, that fat bastard takes off like it's the end of the world when I start banging away.

He got into the port hole of a kick drum once, I'm not big enough an asshole to hit the kick to get him out (I can only imagine how bad that would suck on kittay ears) so I grabbed a toy.

My cat ALWAYS knows exactly when I'm about to start tracking or mixing, and she'll wander in, bee-line straight for my desk, jump up, and sit/lay on my keyboard. EVERYTIME!

I don't understand it! Haha.

Hhahaa...

Years ago we rehearsed in a big house cellar. One day we felt a luittle bad smell. 2 days later, the smell was even worse. One week later it was a nasty smell and I realized that when the drummer played the kick was even worse, the smell was coming from inside the kickdrum.
The kick was semiopen, with a hole in the patch.

So the drummer introduced his hand and take out the foam rubber... and there was rotten blood and small piece of rotting meat with some nasty worms in there!!!

One of the cats of the house had gone to give birth her kittens into the kickdrum and the smell was the rotting placenta!

So be careful cause cats like to give birth kittens in safe and warm places like kicks!
