They are and I think I agree. Should I broil it (easier/faster) in the toaster oven, or should I do it on a pan in the stove (which would open the toaster oven for fries).

If I didn't have some bison in my fridge, I'd totally do that as a treat to myself for being fucking awesome. I'll have to remember that the next time I'm totally awesome (which is all the time).

BTW, after Big Apple Con, we're going to a BBQ restaurant in Times Square that has burgers which may be superior to Ted's. They ain't bison, but fuckmantheyrock.
