In search of truth concept

I do know that "The Inner Circle" album is about someone being falsely led by a cult, but what is the "In search of Truth" albums concept or story? does it kind of follow the same story or a totally different story?

Totally different story actually, it's about a guy with serious psychological problems who realize that he had been abducted by aliens. He tries to understand what happened, hence the title : in search of truth.
