i'd say mixing something like Despised Icon to Andy's Level.
with metal mixes like this, theres just soo much to be listening out for, so many intence, fast breakdowns and mental lead lines that are produced and portrayed so brutally with perfect clarity and a rediculasly nice sound kit, bass, vocals and guitars all being played so tightly at fast tempos, and if needed to be quantised, can be done without it effecting the sound or tones within the track.
i'v been around quite a few high profile jazz musicians the last couple of years from the recording side, and have heard my mate get beautiful sounds and mixes of them without to much difficulty. i dunno if its the same for all types of jazz, but from what i'v been around, its not that hard. yet again, these jazz musicians were professionals and rediculasly talented, this helps alot!
