this is something i've been sweating/working on for days/weeks/months now... were to place instruments in a freqeuncy balance!!

what can absolutely not stand being around this or that (bass/guitars with each other round 125?)

were to place what in the low mids:ill:

this thing was of the top of my head... to see which i could just name on the spot.. weren't to many:erk:
allthough i can make i pretty nice mix (yet not pro.. thats why i'm making this thread to maybe get somewhat closer i bet this is just one big key to it!!)

god i feel stupid... so duders.. were to place what?
lets asume something metal/metalcore/hardcore here and bass i doing different things then guitar (still keeping low end but doing different harmonys) so it needs to be heard more then just with the low end.

maybe guys like andy/NK can say how they balanced things in for example Skinlab/Nile.

maybe some off you guys got a good mix and could post it including the freqeuncy "chart" of were things were highlited/ were they fit.

i bet this would also help alot of other people with the same problems as me!!
and adding a chart of frequencys may also adress a problem in a mix much better then just listening and thinking what the fuck is wrong.. check with paz were stuff is in the spectrum!! and tell us/me!!

now lets hope some one likes the thread:rock:

i know that one. still good to take a second look!!

yet i still have questions after points like these: 200hz - Reduce to decrease muddiness of vocals or mid-range instruments

what WOULD fit in here you know? some for 400/500:erk:
