I have tried listening to the show but get interruptions - 3 seconds of song then 30 seconds of silence.

Does signing up get rid of these interruptions and what is the catch?

Bingo! Unfortunatly Rapture is very hard to lisaten to with dial up connections!

Becoming a premium member of live 365 would also help, it's only about $3 or $4 monthly, and you get access to all the stations without interruptions/commercials etc...plus every station has a listening cap, so if you are not a premium member sometimes you might have trouble accessing. Plus you get to support your fav stations that way...it's a win win situation
