I'm new on the forums, so this seemed like an appropriate place to introduce myself.
My name is Mark. I'm from Southern California. I'm currently a student pursuing an automotive career. I like pretty much all forms of metal (not nu-metal). My favorite bands include Amon Amarth, Six Feet Under, Static X, GWAR, King Diamond/Mercyful Fate and Pantera. My hobbies include alot video games (mostly Soul Calibur IV at the moment), playing guitar (I have a Dean ML XM for those who might be wondering), and spending alot of time on youtube.
That's about all there is to know about me, if you have questions please ask.

hi Mark, I'm a member of welcoming commitee, good to see you here, quite a mix of bands you got there, speaking of SFU which I absolutelly cannot stand, I'm into VW buses, last year I go to one of the events where wearing my WOA (wacken open air hoodie) I see this bus, probably one of the nicest buses in states all original etc., then all of a sudden I see this dreadlocked caveman next to the bus not thinkging much about it, then the dude comes over and asks me about my Wacken hoodie, then all of a sudden I put two and two together, it was redneck Burns, he's big VW bus fanatic , ohhh, on my 6th, then we started bullshiting, I was fan of his in CC

Im Marcus a 30+ swedish dude living on the westcoast of Sweden. I have been a AA fan since i got my hands on VS the world in 2002. The first AA song i heard was thousand years of oppression(best AA lyrics ever) The only other band im kinda similarily obsessed with is Immortal. I really like Kalmah and their epic swampmetal too and you AA peeps should deffo check them out.
yeah i prefer Scandometal with melodeathic tunes. The best metal is made in scandinavia

Lately been studying boxing, combat hapkido; oi loikes martial arts and the sort.
Also I've been trying to learn to play guitar, and I still dabble with graphics too, for some 5-6 years with a few breaks in between now. o-o
Chanced on AA just recently; I'd heard some of their older stuff before, but only Twilight got me hooked now. Also listen to Kalmah (t3h #1 fav), Manowar, Diablo, Bolt Thrower, Arch Enemy, Nightwish, Evergrey, Vader, Queensryche, and... Well, a hell of a lot of bands. .p
