Ok, I've managed to it, but still there's no audio at all even with divx player... that's a pity, it seems pretty wierd

Yup I have the codec: i'm using DivX 5.02 Pro with DivX Player 2.0 Alpha on my fathers PC... infact, on my father's I can see the video at least, while on my PC it doesn't open at all.
But still no audio what a pity.
Well' I'll keep trying and let you know
