Guys, I've seen a lot of unnecessary banning...
I've tried to remain rather laissez faire with the hub, because while I have infinite power regarding the hub's existance, I don't think it's right to take infinite command because the hub belongs to all of us, not just myself. The hub should be directly or indirectly administered by all of us. With that said, I don't think it's right for other ops to be ban happy either. Unless someone has really committed a major offense, they shouldn't be banned from the very outset. Also, a little more lenience should be given for people lacking in slottage. Give them a chance to increase their slot count before kicking/banning....
Also, people have the right to say moronic things if they want. They shouldn't be banned for saying disagreeable things like "i hate fags" or whatever, because we should regard all ideas with neutrality to avoid being fascist assholes. I refuse to run a fascist hub on my server. But, if they said "i hate fags" over and over scrolling up the screen annoyingly, then obviously they could rightly be banned. That would go for any statement, because scrolling is disruptive to chatting. People should only be banned for the disruptive methods of their speech, not the actual content of it.
