Is Bostaph out of Testament?

On February 16, 2004 it was announced that Paul Bostaph was the new drummer of Testament and in a official statement he said: "I am very excited to be doing the new record and upcoming tour with Testament".
Well, nothing happened and now all of a sudden he's apparently the new drummer of Exodus replacing Tom Hunting.
Has he officially left Testament, or did he get bored waiting and decided to do something else while he was waiting?
Anyone knows?

He's definitely not in Testament because he's in the studio with Exodus now. He needs work and can't afford to wait around for Testament to tell him when he can and can't drum.

A shitty drummer?? Well, everyone's entitled to their opinion.
I personally am not happy they let him go. Who will fill in this time? On the other hand, Eric has already worked with at least 3 drummers on the new record (Jon, John and Paul), so this might result in some interesting diversity...or it might not.
