Is Catharsis really banned?

he posted the video link a couple of times and those posts were either edited or removed depending on what threads they were in. after that he posted the clip in about 20 threads and in every post he said he was going to get banned.

maybe after the first round of posting he was pm'd to knock it off.

Outstanding point - and one I failed to take into account. If this were the case, then I would be the first one to say that Thraude did the correct thing. I honestly never saw Catharsis's posts in question - if I did, I don't remember them - so I'm more than willing to concede that there are points to this story that some of us (myself definitely included) aren't aware of.

I was banned but Ultimatemetal lifted it. I did in fact take it too far with posting that link. There was no warning. I should have made my point and left it but I had a hair up my rear. Im not saying I dont believe in my position just that I went a little over the top and for that I apologize to the mods and community. It was in fact an UltimateMetal global mod that banned me and then lifted the ban not Thraxxdude although I am sure there was involvment. Thraxxdude was deleting and editing my posts. I was also informed that even though this is a free board the band pays for the space and appoints the mods. So again sorry to the mods and community for the excess.

Let me clarify that most people did not see the extent that Catharsis70 was going nuts with that link because Thraxxdude did a good job of deleting the posts.

We need to respect the band as they pay for this forum. Disgreement is one thing but the link stuff was a total 'nuther thing.
