I might have to do something similiar with our station up here.
97rock is the only rock station. Everything else is rap crap, or classic rock (like they'd play Bob Seger than Anthrax), and 97Rock's only gets as heavy as White Zombie (late night), Metallica (constantly) and occasionally Megadeth (morning or late night).
