Is Pentecost III Darren's last album with Anathema?

similar vocals-bit more spoken like in the incredible Kingdom.

The vocals are slightly different like Lord S stated: they are more in the spoken way and less groaned. Musically I think it is more straightforward, pounding and simple. Seremades in my opinion is quite mellow, melancholic and romantic album while Pentecost III is slight more nihilistic and aggressive.

"KINGDOM

There is a whole mountain
And a river runs through it
If you split my mountain wide
You would find many rivers

Among flocks of non-white doves
And non-temptable mortals
The kingdom is much more real
And the beauty is endless

Only when tightened beyond recall
Is your necklace a blessing
Leave your pearls in the sea
You undeserved bitch
You are not worthy of such a treasure

My hand on your heart, I know there is a beating
In this oh so bleak landscape
There are many mountains
..... but not so much water.

My kingdom"

i think its pretty much a comtemplation, a way to make you dream with meadows filled with roses, mountains full of life and joy, scarlet heavens, images of a past adventure.. loneliness.
