Better than nothing. Shit a shelf unit home cd player is better than nothing IMO.

I don't know anything about those monitors I am shure someone will be along shortly.

i think those are the M-audio's......and no they are not good at all......but for $150 a pair thats pretty good.....well worth $150

Meh maybe I'll just save the $ and wait till I have enough for good ones. No point in buying tons of crap and never actually getting the one excellent set...
