Well that's interesting anyway I think Darren or Steve or Jon don't like to speak about that...this is what I suppose. In fact not a word is spread about this departure on their officila site (just that "rob founds himself no more with the band") that says much more you can imagine...

Yeah, you got that right. There's a reason we don't make a big deal out of it. You'll find that I don't like to waste bad words on anybody, even if it's about Iced Earth...! But about Rob, all I can say is it was better for the band and better for him that there was a parting of ways. That was a long time ago. I've seen Rob many times since then, he's still here in town. We're older now and more mello, everything is fine. I see him at the Scottish pub downtown and we have a beer sometimes.
