Although I feel quite bad for calling this a "worst" album, it's the only one that I have heard so far that has disappointed me: The Mars Volta - Amputechture. Far worse than Frances the Mute and extremely more disjointed and lost. Hardly any of the songs as a whole sound like songs as a whole, and instead, the album is about 120 40 second pieces. And every one of those pieces disconnects you entirely from the piece that came before it. However, many of those pieces sound great; they just leave you dizzy and light-headed...in a bad way.

I can't comprehend how anyone would dislike Monotheist though. All it did was prove that Celtic Frost's artistic integrity is 100% unquestionable.
