You know why "my pals" has been used more over the past month on UM than over the preceding year? Because a user has signed up who revels in the attention generated by acting "ghetto." Whether he's really black or not is, of course, immaterial. Nevertheless, your solution is to punish people who take the bait, not the instigator. And yes, he undoubtedly instigates the flame wars and other assorted crap that follow him like the cloud of crack-smoke that also almost certainly trails his materiality.

Seems to me there's a whole lotta whining about whining or putting down people on here who may have "mainstream" musical tastes.

Unavoidable. Talking about the same crap and having best __ lists are going to be tedious for most users and lead to contempt. That's how forums work nearly without exception. Of course, on most forums, there's recourse to the search function. Here there is no fucking search function and hasn't been for what seems like a long time.

Many people on here are still unliked by others

Some users like me, though I'm an anti-humanist type, which leads me to ethico-political ideas most are averse to. Some users like AnonymousNick, who's basically my opposite. The people who generate 95% of the drama aren't disliked for any particular reason outside their being trolls or idiots. Invariably, there will be conflicts and cliques. The most disliked users are either iconoclasts or fools and the former category has some admirers.

What the fuck, awhile back in the "aztec metal band" thread I mentioned I was black, and the shitstorm started. I would say a fucking word about being black if people here didnt say things like "stop being a my pals" or things like that. Really, me being black hasn't come up on other forums I visit. Just here because there are alot of NSBM fans.

Every post you make has something referring to a race. How about you just get over it. No one knows what colour my fucking skin is, and no one cares.
Oh and btw, although I agree with Demiurge, I'd suggest there are too many impracticalilities in enforcing it. People I would just straight out have banned, would differ from everyone elses decisions - so who do we listen to?
