I'm at the end of the first 'Iommi' solo album right now, and I reckon it's kind of hit'n'miss. His riffing is generally quite awesome throughout, but some of the guest vocalists don't do much for me. Pete Steele and Phil Anselmo's performances are probably my favourites. On the whole, I love the Glenn Hughes/Tony Iommi albums a fair bit more. Really, I don't know how he does it.

Oh, and for the unknowing, 'Black Sabbath' (the song) = the first proper metal riff.

i wouldn't mention it, but. this might be the worst ozzy song i've ever heard. i thought ghost behind my eyes was gay, but whatever love song. those other recent singles just slid by as below average. this is just SO awful.
