How about some bands on the NF scene get together and get a compilation CD on the go? We could say as an example, 4 bands with 4 songs each, giving a 16 song cd. Every band could be responsible for their own recording, we could get 1000 cd's pressed for like 1100 bucks... That means we'd only have to sell 120 for 5 bucks each to break even, then we've got 880 cds left to sell to whoever for our own profit. Fireign alone would be able to sell 120 copies of a cd. Detonation sold 100 copies of their 4 song demo which was utter shit.. I sold about 75 copies of my solo CD back before I even knew there was a metal scene here. Does this sound like a cool Idea or what?
