As far as finding the codes to embed audio into a myspace page, I believe I got mine from Google. Or you can search on google and I'm sure you will find one. Usually you just plug in the URL and then it gives you the code. Easy stuff. As a matter of fact...

I took a look at the sites you and bear posted...... the flash player is very sweet, but, yes, no sign of the HTML anywhere.. lame! As far as that "podcast generator" I downloaded it, I will install it and check it out tomorrow after work. I remember seeing something on how to get all your podcast on Itunes a ways back, we will get this shit together. I will look for the HTML for a similar flash style player too - that thing was pretty sweet looking.
