With the exception of one Korean Ibanez I own, every electric axe I own is American made, but those Turser guitatrs sure look sweet for the price. Does anyone here own one ? What ae they like ?
I played a jay turser P-bass copy that was quite excellent for the price. nothing phenomal, just a good solid, well built bass. (I'm not really a bass player, so I'm probably not the best judge of basses)
Honestly? I gotta disagree, I've played some _really_ nice gibson and hollowbody Jay Turser copies. You'd do better with a Jay Turser SG copy than an Epiphone any day. Real nice action, too.
But, that's just my two cents. I'm a bass player, don't listen to me...
I actually need another guitar like I need a hole in my head. I rarely even play a couple I own, but just from looking at them they look to be very well made.
ive played their electrics. acoustics, and basses and they all have one thing in common... they sound thin, dry, and brittle. especially the acoustic i played. i would steer clear of em.
