It was recently announced that the upcoming Epitaph Tour will be the last one from these heavy metal greats, and next week the band will set the record straight as to what to expect from Judas Priest in the coming months.

Priest have been focusing on their forthcoming tour – doing press, photos, sorting out stage sets, special effects, and stage clothes etc – they have started music rehearsals this week so are now poised and getting ready to roll – everyone is looking forward to travelling round the world again with the Priest Machine!

Come along and join them in concert one last time as they fly the metal flag and keep the faith.

Got this news from Bravewords dot com. N.J. here I come!

Also, the Chicago date is neither in Chicago, nor even in Illinois. And at a venue which I'm pretty sure has a strict "no performers under 50 years old allowed!" policy, so I'm not sure what Judas Priest is going to do about their new guitarist!

Neil

It is a very strange location. Not only where it is, but it's quite small for Priest. I'm assuming they probably downsized once Downing wasn't involved.

Interesting the Phoenix date is during the AZ State Fair. It used to be there were a certain amount of reserved seats but as long as you had entry to the fairgrounds then you could just walk in the old Veterans Memorial Coliseum and watch the show. I wonder if it's still like that. It's on a Friday night though which is a plus.

I'd rather Motorhead too, but we could've gotten some really shitty modern metal band or Popevil?

There is MOTORHEAD and SAXON on some dates of this tour in Europe. That would have been killer to get Saxon over here.

But I'm fine with Thin Lizzy. I just hope there will be some dates added for the province of Quebec, Canada...

Reading would help lol, I just thought that was the entire tour was like :meh:

If those were the only dates for the U.S. I would I'd be super pissed!!!!
I expect something towards my neck of the woods before it's all said and done.I hope it's Nashville or Atlanta, but based on what I read somewhere in this thread, the venues in a city or two are smaller places than expected. So who knows.....
