Judas Priest - Nostradamus (new song posted)

The start was the most interesting part. Totally cheesy, totally spinal tap, but whatever, this sounds like some good fun here - they've beyond proved themselves with the 70's, so they don't need to do much else. I'll be out the door for this one.

I'm not that big into Priest (only full album I liked was Painkiller), but this song is awesome, I must admit.

Especially that intro. So damn epic.

I'm not sure how I felt about it. As I said in another thread, it was cool but I felt a little underwhelmed. Halford sounds good.

Most of the song (past the intro) sounds very Painkiller-esque to me. Other parts (especially around four minutes in) sound like Angel of Retribution. Hopefully the rest of the album will be better.

I really liked it. I'll be seeing them on tour, obviously (everyone had better be going to that tour), and I'll be sure to pick up the album and t-shirt.

I think they said they'll be playing all the songs from the new album on this tour.

Yeah... I don't get it. Sounds like any number of generic power metal bands one could name - flat song structure, average 'epic' riffs, cheesy fantasy lyrics sung like they're from the intro of some battle mech cartoon series. There isn't even any flashy guitar soloing.
