wohoo! haven't had a chance to listen to it, just finished dl, and I gotta go to work but I'll let you know
If anyone's interested lemme know on this thread and I'll trade some mp3z

I would love that CD right now...how did you get it? and where lol...if your willing to send me some songs or the whole album let me know cuz i have a cable modem so it would go fast.

I've heard Presents for the Poison Hearted from Metal Hammer's Feb. cover disc, and it sounds ok. It sounds way more guitar oriented, even moreso than Midian, and it also as a result sounds much less symphonic than previous music. =/

I dunno, I like it, but I think they're becoming too Dimmu with the guitars, so much so they risk not even being a symphonic black metal band anymore.

sure man, been searching for a couple weeks got it off one of the swedish metal hubs off dc.....im always looking for some good melodic dm and would be happy to trade....ill be on AIM at 11pm eastern standard time just IM me at Metzling ill hook ya up late

Downloading "Hurt and Virtue" right now, and from the first thirty seconds of the song, I like it. I like it a lot. Now I realize thirty seconds of one song is hardly enough to pass judgement on the whole album, but if the rest of it is like this, I will be one happy COF fan.:D

Well, I hope you know that in about 6 months, there will be a Special Edition of "Damnation And A Day" with another artwork + bonus-CD, including 4 new songs and some coversongs. Dani Filth said that in a interview for the Legacy magazine. Just that you know...

Well im not really impress with the new album...
Midian was ok..not bad...got a few good songs

But Damnation and a day is pretty insipid to me,
something is missing, no song really stand out,
only Hurt and Virtue is quite good but doesn't
sound CoF at all...

Nope i'll skip my turn for this time and will keep listening to the good ol' CoF
