Thats what I like to hear. Did you notice a huge improvement with latency when running lots of plugins?

Yeah, I found it at Beach Audio for $600 in which they beat the difference by 10%. Plus they have the payment options which has worked out just fine for my LSR's. Wow, I had no idea interfaces were getting modded. I didn't see it on the website. Is it an expensive mod? What are the upgrades?

Good deal, i'm so excited. It's going to be a long weekend waiting for it to come in.
It finally came in today! So stoked. Although i'm a bit worried as I've been hearing about the troubles some have with firewire cards that aren't TI. Eating lunch at work, and taking the rest of the day off to go play with this thing.

I don't use a TI firewire chipset and I have zero problems with it.
Also, a pci TI firewire card is not that expensive if you need it, bought one for my old computer and it was like 20.

I also have one. Sounds good, too. Having played with bigger brands like Digidesign converters and such, can't say this sounds a lot different from all the better transparent sounding devices on the market. The adat-connectivity is a big plus. Nothing bad to say about this thing.
