Just Saw These Guys....

I went to see Avenged Sevenfold last night (who were okay, I'm not a fan, but the tickets were free). Anywho, I was very impressed with the opening band of 4. The other 3 bands were metalcore, but the openers, named "Black Tide" were total Old School metal. Number of the Beast meets Kill 'em All Old School.

I ended up picking up their 2 song sampler CD and got a free poster which the guys signed. Hopefully in the years to come these guys will become a household name, because they were tight as hell live.

Hard Attack on Sirius has been playing a song by these guys lately (not sure of the name of it) and they sound promising. I'll keep an eye on them.

I like the last AX7 better. That last record has some power metal like moments on there... Free I would have been there myself...
