Why is it, every time I walk into the lavatory, someone sitting on the can suddenly starts wiping frantically, pulls up their pants, flushes, and leaves the stall?

Why is this?

Why can't they just sit down, keep their ass positioned squarely over the bowl, and finish taking their shit?

My explicit orders for those who do this: Just sit down! Unload the shit! I came in to take a piss, not to drive you from the can! What, you want to know who walked into the bathroom? Why? What the fuck??

I have no problems with that, If im shitting and someone comes in I let it rip... I especially like when your shitting and some poor bastard comes in and goes " Jesus " or "god damn" because of the smell..lol.
But I guess other people do have a fear of shitting with other people around , I would imagin it makes them feel "vulnerable" (?).
