Just spent 1 hour mixing this, what do you think?

snare needs a slower attack on the compressor. maybe parallel compression, leave a less squashed sample under the current one.

I'm struggling to make it "pop" though.. it seems like it pops or it doesn't.. I'm guessing the secondary snare under it would account for the tone whereas the first one creates the pop?
