just when I though they couldn't get more annoying....

Anyone see the episode of South Park that made fun of GH?

That was too hilarious at the end when they finally beat the highest score and the game says...."CONGRATULATIONS! YOU...ARE....FAGS!". Priceless...

I just got a visual of a kid walking into a guitar lesson with his unplugged GH guitar-controller and crying when his teacher told him to play an arpeggio.

That made me laugh for about two minutes straight.

Sweet. :D I could care less about Dragonforce and Guitar Hero myself, even though I'm a gamer. I'd rather play Tekken 6.

Yes !!!!
You don't even have to sing good, just play those acoustic chords and sing a few love lyrics and you've got them.
It's greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat !!!!

theres a difference between not having to sing good and being able to not sing bad. i guess this method could only work on tone deaf chicks for me!

I play T5 all the time, and when T6 comes out I will be playing it everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drummer hero ? Already got it.. It's called Drummania and its a an arcade system by Konami. I've seen it in arcades from where I'm from but never in the United States.
I just read the wikipedia and it says that there was a license by MTV for drum based video games and thats why they were never released in the United States. Go figure ! lol

CantoX: Oh yeah. I don't believe Tekken 6 has been released in the US. I do play it regularly here in the Philippines. Namco Bandai will be bringing T6 directly to the PS3 this year, exact date not known though.

On Drummania (also known as Percussion Freaks), It's also a pretty complex game. A tidbit though--I thought I heard a Sonata Arctica song being played by someone the last time I visited the arcades. When I sat down and tried to play a tune or two, I DID find "Black Sheep" (from the Silence album). Not bad--different vocal work, but it was a note-for-note rendition. Played it at the highest difficulty, and everyone was just staring at me when I was done. It's a shame though, that the machine does not have another pedal to simulate double kicks (come to think of it, I think the game does not have songs that have double-kick patterns).
