kalmah or CoB

which one is better and who's a better vocalist, kokko or laiho? and please dont respond unless youve heard a great deal of material from both bands

I have all albums from both bands and I prefer CoB. Laiho sounds more natural than Kokko and CoB's music is just more diverse. Still, I like both bands and you could always buy the albums from both bands, you won't be dissappointed. I also suggest you checking out Ensiferum and Wintersun, they are better than Kalmah IMO.

Edit: Most people on this forum will answer that both CoB and Kalmah are shit. Just don't listen to them.

Ensiferum and Wintersun are great!

As for Kalmah and CoB, like them a bit. From Kalmah i kinda like the song Hades.

But overall i would choose Cob over Kalmah.

Yeah, I really like COB and Kalmah... kinda prefer COB....but I don't understand why people hate a guy like Lehio and don't for... a guy like... well let say Kalmah' singer. It quite similar...except that Leiho is so popular. I think that many people hate him only because of that. Cause he is an awesome musician.

For Ensiferum and Wintersun, I just discovered them like last year or so... And I am now buying everything from them. Jari is just a so fucking good singer and a damn great guitar player. They really kick ass! For those who don't know those band...you should really get to it, because they need to be known.... you cannot ignore them hehe!!
