Kamelot @ Jaxx Aug. 17th Roll Call

Palabra De Dios, two other friends, and myself will most likely be making an 8 hour trip to Jaxx in VA to see this show. Although I've seen the band twice (and Conception once), I thought it would be fun to ride along for the road trip. The three others have not seen the band yet, so it should be a grande ole time for all. I plan to see some faces that I usually only see once or twice a year too. : )

I'm from Columbia, SC also and I made the trip for Dragonforce (it was awesome), and I'm prolly gonna do it again for Nightwish. I just gotta get somebody to go along b/c my car won't make it.

Scott and I have tickets. Now we'll go..whether we make it through to actually SEE Kamelot is another question. But we are going!

In a last ditch effort scramble, I was able to get my hands on a ticket and will definitely be there - thank you Eternal Winter!!!

I've been to 3 or 4 Kamelot shows and I haven't watched them once yet - I'm determined this time to make that be a thing of the past!!! Since PP last year, I've really grown to love Khan's voice and cannot wait to see them live

I really wanted to go to this (not too mention Leaves' Eyes and Division are playing too), but Nick has a show in Baltimore that night, so I've got to go and support the boyfriend (especially since they have not played out in awhile). Oh well, I've seen them all before and I'm sure they'll be back (Leaves' Eyes I know will be back in the spring). It's a shame though, 'cause I was looking forward to congratulating Oliver on finally getting listed and pictured as an official band member on the Ghost Opera album. He's only been playing with them for like the past decade or something.

Greatest news all night: Mosquito and I will be going (were able to nab some of the VERY few remaining tickets) with our friends Adam (known on this board as Chai) and his girlfriend who does not post on this forum.

Both of our companions are future ProgPower virgins (a virginity set to end THIS YEAR). Cannot wait to see Kamelot!!!

I was set to go to the show and have had two tickets sitting in wait since April (got them from Ron in Division). However, I just relaized about a week ago that the scout camping trip with my son is that same weekend and we are leaving that morning, so now I can't go.

I'll let them go first come, first served. They are $25 each. If you are local (like Baltimore) we can probably arrange a meeting. If not, we can split the cost of sending them Priority Mail ($4.60).

Oh yeah, when did you move to NC, Tess? I thought you were still in TX.

Moved in March! Sadly, I can not make it afterall or I'd take these! Too much going on this weekend. My parents are moving and I totally owe them some help we'll get up to Jaxx for a show eventually!
