Keeley 4 knob compresser

I just bought a Keeley 4 knob compressor and I was wondering if anyone could give me settings to get started on. I'm running it before a tube screamer with a gate after the compressor and another after the TS. I'm trying to achieve a djent tone a la Misha Mansoor. He says he always has it on. I've never tried using a compressor with a distorted amp but wanted to try. I'm using an 8 string guitar.

Use your ears and turn the knobs until it sounds good, it's the same thing you'd do with a regular audio compressor. It depends what do you want to achieve with the compressor, assuming you want to achieve "djent" tone I'd try to start with slow attack fast release to exaggerate the front end/punch of the like you'd typically set a compressor for a snare or a kick drum.
