I too am disappointed that Khan left. Everyone has a right to be angry and hurt. No disputing that.
I for one will also play devil's advocate and say that I have no idea the mental anguish he went through before making this decision final. The fear of letting so many people down must have been crushing. ( Those are my personal thoughts. )
CRAP, I HiJacked the thread. Dang it, I hate that.
He sounds good on the wedding video. He sounded better than I heard him at the Pearl Room a few years back. Vocal Fatigue sukks. There's some garbage tracks of FireWind floating around internet radio that makes me cringe when I hear the vocals.
It's always a let down for me when a vocalist is worn out from the road. Sukks, but, there's more to a band than the vocalist... thank goodness.

Was that in 2006? That was my first time seeing Kamelot and he was dead on. Any time after that and he sounded terrible. Quite a let-down, really.

Khan kept doing that growl vocal he does. I dont mind growl vocals, but when he did it, it aggrivated me.

Ah. So that wasn't just me. I remember before that show, people kept telling me how great Kamelot was live. I saw it and just sort of thought it was okay, with the bad parts being Kahn.

It was a let down consdering I had the WInters Night Live DVD spinning constantly at that point. ... but ... Casey ripped. Thomas did well.
