Um, yeah...Corey Taylor has a MUCH better voice than Anders Friden.

And last time I checked, Slipknot weren't that catchy. Maybe stuff of their s/t, but Iowa was a load of shitty, inaccessible, noise.

In Flames are plenty catchy, and their riffs are still pretty unique, regardless of what guitar the guys use.

I admit it was a bit of a shock coming off stuff like Artifacts, The Hive, and Behind Space, and then hearing Cloud Connected. Blew my mind that it was the same band...

Isn't this thread about Killswitch Engage?

ill add something about Killswitch Engage. I think they are not horrible but I would rather listen to something else. so much more to choose from that is better.

I have seen them live too with In Flames, Dark Tran. and Sentenced.

i see no conviction to Corey's voice. Just because his vocal chords are different and he can make a much lower scream doesn't mean he's better. Corey prefers a more direct approach, using a scream anyone can use. Anders' scream is unmatched by most and barely touched by Dani Filth, but Dani FIlth can scream higher (Funeral in Carpathia)
