KISS remasters

With all the talk of Maiden reissues (third time lucky?), it probably isn't the best time to bring up this subject, but...

I'm considering updating the last few of my KISS albums to the new versions that came out in 97/8, particularly the 80s stuff from Lick It Up through to Crazy Nights. Anyone know if the remasters sound better than the original CDs?

Haven't heard those ones... I don't think they need remastering though because they sound great to me. The 1974-82 remasters sound pretty cool but generally I don't like remasters, I like hearing the originals.

Although.... WASP's remasters sound fantastic I have S/T and Electric Circus remastered and Last Command original version... and the difference in sound is HUGE.

Speaking of Kiss... I finally bought Asylum today! Hadn't heard it all before... I bought it on vinyl to get signed on Friday

ITS BLOOMIN' EXCELLENT!!! Its possibly my favourite Kiss album now along with Rock N Roll Over!!!!

As long as its not sold out, tickets will be at the door.

I don't have my ticket yet, I'm getting it tomorrow. I assume if there are still tickets tomorrow, there will be at the door.

Bruce will have a stall there signing stuff for everyone and taking photos, etc..

Yeah its a Bruce Kulick concert! hehe.

Its gonna be sorta like the Kiss expos on where Tribute bands play at the end of the night, except instead of a tribute band playing its Bruce playing! hehehe.

I don't think you will have a problem getting a ticket at the door tomorrow but I think the door price is $35.
